the location proved really good. i could easily walk to many sites. access for uber was also very easy. i found coffee, chips, cookies, and water as bonuses.
the tv system in the room was an issue. it seemed vastly over complicated. accessing english channels was difficult, and the english news channel cut off after two minutes.

the location was acceptable, just steps from the zócalo.
I booked a room highlighting a view of the catedral, but that was misleading. i stayed in an older section, and the space felt cramped. i constantly heard noise from housekeeping staff and other guests. The thin walls made it difficult to get a restful night's sleep.
